House with shop. c1840. Painted stucco, slate roof with C20
dormer breaking into the parapet wall. Double-depth plan.
EXTERIOR: 3 storeys with attic; one-window range. Panelled
parapet, moulded cornice which steps very slightly forward
over the windows to the upper floors; tripartite 6/6-pane sash
window with painted stone mullions to the second floor; C20
window to the first floor flanked by pilasters with moulded
capitals supporting an entablature, the cornice of which
serves as a sill to the window above. C20 shop front.
