House with shop. c1600, partly rebuilt 1963 with mid C19
shopfront. Timber-framed with stucco front and tiled roof.
EXTERIOR: 3-storey 1-bay gabled front, first and second floors
jettied. Shopfront framed in sunk panel pilasters with shaped
imposts beneath dentilled cornice. Half glazed and panelled
door with overlight to right of full-width 3-light sash window
over sunk panel risers. Unequal 15-pane sash window on first
floor, similar 9-pane window on second floor.
INTERIOR: posts and wall plates visible on all floors.
