Pair of houses, now shop and offices. Late C18, altered and
extended in C19 and C20; C20 shopfront. Rendered front, rear
of red-brown brick in English garden-wall bond; timber cornice
and shopfront; corrugated pantile roof.
EXTERIOR: 3-storey 2-window front. Shopfront has arcaded
lights on each side of glazed and panelled double doors in
pilastered surround with deep fascia and cornice. First floor
windows are corbelled-out 3-light canted bays with 1-pane
sashes and moulded cornices. 1-pane sash windows in plain
raised surrounds on second floor. Moulded modillioned and
dentilled cornice.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
Included for group value as an integral part of Goodramgate.
