Formerly known as: No.14 GOODRAMGATE.
House, now shop. Possibly C16 with C18 extension; restored and
rear rebuilt c1972. Front rendered and white-washed with
timber shopfront; extension of orange-red brick in English
garden-wall bond, formerly stuccoed; rear refaced in orange
brick in stretcher bond: pantile roof.
EXTERIOR: 2-storey 1-window front, with jettied first floor.
Shopfront has 18-pane window between part-glazed shop door to
left, 6-panel door to right, both beneath divided overlights.
First floor window is squat 24-pane sash. Rear: 2-storey
4-window front. To left, pedimented doorcase with fluted
jambs, entablature and sunk panel door. Windows are 12-pane
sashes on ground floor, unequal 9-pane sashes on first floor.
INTERIOR: heavy chamfered spine beam in front part of shop.
