House, now restaurant. Mid C18 with early C19 and C20
alterations, and C20 shopfront. Front of painted brick in
Flemish bond, rear and right return of orange-brown brick;
double span pantile roof with timber guttering on paired block
brackets and brick stacks.
EXTERIOR: 2-storey 2-window front. Plate glass shopfront.
First floor windows are 12-pane sashes with painted flat
arches. Rear: 2 storeys, 3 windows. Ground floor obscured: on
first floor, C20 window to left, two 12-pane sashes to right,
all in altered openings. Brick eaves band with heavy brick
dentils. Right return: two external stacks; blocked pigeon
loft with two landing platforms in gable end.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
