Cow-house. Circa early C19. Ground storey coursed sandstone rubble with dressed quoins and timber-framed above with red brick nogging. Slate roof with gabled ends. PLAN: Long rectangle plan, adjoining Court Farmhouse [left], [qv]. EXTERIOR: 2 storeys. Ground storey has ventilation slits alternating with doorways and windows. Loft doorway at centre and windows to left and right. Later brick stair to loft doorway on north east gable end. INTERIOR: 5-bay king-post roof with struts.
