House, now shop. Early C19 with C20 alterations and shopfront.
Pink and grey mottled brick in Flemish bond, rendered at rear;
timber boxed eaves hide roof: rendered stack at rear.
EXTERIOR: 4-storey, 2-window front. Entrance in shopfront.
Altered first floor windows are single pane sashes, on second
floor 12-pane sashes, and on third floor unequal 9-pane
sashes: all have painted stone sills and channelled wedge
lintels. Boxed eaves on paired modillions. Rear: 12-pane
sashes on second and third floors.
INTERIOR: staircase has shaped treadends and stick balusters.
In front room on first floor, door architrave is reeded with
angle roundels.
