hung upper part oversailing on 2 fronts, with stuccoed ground floor. Old tile
roof hipped at corner. (Casement and 3 sash, all C18) irregular spaced windows
on 2nd floor and 1st floor some glazing bars gone. Modern shops on ground
floor and early C19 door to right hand 4-panel with rectangular fanlight and
side pilasters.

Front to Pennyfarthing Street has 2 windows to upper floors including 3-light
lst floor window. Ground floor similar to Milford Street front.
