Late C18, reconstructed. 2 storey and attic. Red brick on rendered plinth. Projecting brick eaves. Mansard old tile roof. 2 3-light dormer casements. 2 3-light modern sash windows, flanking central window on 1st floor. 2 3-light cand 2 single windows on ground floor and 2 modern doors, half glazed, under flat hoods. Modern wrought iron sign.

Nos 18, 37, 43, 45 and all the listed buildings on the couth-east side from Nos 19 to 46 (consec) (including wrought iron screen before Vernon House), form a group.
