Tenement farmhouse. Probably C18, remodelled in late C19. Rendered stone rubble
and some cob with brick dressings. Thatch roof with gable end brick stacks.
Virtually symmetrical 2-room and central cross passage plan. C19 outshut to rear.
2 storeys. 3-window range. C20 fenestration, 2-light casements with cambered brick
lintels and quoins. Half-hipped thatch roof to central C20 porch.
Interior: not inspected.
