Circa 1800 recasing of possibly earlier building, No 2 is of 2 storeys painted
brick ard stone rubble on ground floor. Gable end low pitch slate roof. 3
irregular windows, one a paired sash on 1st floor glazing bars intact. 2 glazing
bar sashes on ground floor. 2 flush panelled doors. No 3 is lower but also
of 2 storeys painted brick with stone rubble footings. Gable end slate roof
2 windows symmetrical, recessed sashes, glazing bars to Yorkshire casements
on 1st floor. Plain renewed door. The 2 cottages were formerly part of Peasholm
House, Peasholm Road (qv)

Nos 2 and 3 Peasholm Cottages form a group with Peasholm House. Peasholm Road.
