Early C19 2-storey, 1-window outbuilding of flint rubble with red brick quoins
and window dressings. Low pitched, hipped slate roof. 1-storey west extension.
Flint rubble wall, from outhouse to road, has alternating block red brick vertical
bands at intervals.

Franklow, Buildings Cottage, and the outhouse and wall to Burlings Cottage,
form a group.
