Small farmhouse. Probably C18, extensively refurbished circa 1889. Plastered cob
brick and rubble on exposed brick plinth; brick chimney stacks; thatched roof.
2-room and cross passage plan. Gable end stacks. 2 storeys. Symmetrical 3-window
front of late C19 casements with glazing bars; the first floor windows with low
gablets. Central door behind late C19 brick porch with slate gabled roof. left
stack has large clustered brick chimney shaft. Interior not inspected. C19 slate
roof cottage adjoining to left is not included in listing.
