Dairy and other farmbuildings. Probably 1853. Red brick, Flemish bond; single Roman clay tile hipped roof; one brick
chimney stack. L-plan, low single-storey, enclosing small yard to east of farmhouse: small central doorway and loading
platform on north, road side, also a 2-light casement window with bullnosed brick cill - a rare survival in this area
of a very humble farmstead allied with Midknowle Farmhouse (qv).
