Mid C18 pair of cottages. 2 storeys red brick. Gable end old pantile roof, central
chimney stack. Moulded eaves band to No 17. 2 windows both floors, flush framed
early C19 sashes, no glazing bars, painted gauged brick flat arches. Doors each
end of front modern, flat gauged arches, Listed for group value.

All the listed buildings on the South Side from Nos 5 to 25 form a group.
