C18 but much altered, C19 and later. Adjoins Nos 6 and 7 Princess Terrace, 3
storeys roughcast with gable end to Tuthill. Pointed window in gable and 2 windows
to other floors, slightly recessed architrave framed sashes, later glazing.
One window projection with side entrance up flight of steps to Princess Terrace.
The entrance is probably reset: painted stone doorway with panelled piers, block
imposts to panelled and with keystone extending into cornice below moulded pediment,
the tympanum containing intertwined R R cypher and date 1749 - rendered wall
with stone coping swept up to side.
Nos 4 to 8 (even) form a group: and No 8 forms a group with Nos 6 and 7 Princess
Terrace.
