Circa 1840-50 probable recasing of earlier structure. No 6 of 3 storeys, No 7
of 2, stucco faced. Low slate roofs, flat eaves. No 6 has 3 windows, round headed above door to right, recessed sashes, glazing bars intact to those to left with flat arches. Door of 6 fielded panels, blind fanlight. No 7 has 2 window front with 2 storey pilastered canted bay to left and round headed window over door to right. Door of 4 moulded panels, semi-circular fanlight, stucco pilasters flanking and consoles to architrave arch. The return front of No 25 Princess Street qv forms part of same block. Listed for group value.

Nos 6 and 7 form a group with No 25 Princess Street and No 8 Tuthill.
