Mid C19 2 storeys stucco, shallow flat eaves to slate roof. 3 dormers. 2 windows
each 1st floor, one round headed and blind over entrance, one window ground floor,
recessed sashes later glazing. Entrances of Nos 21 and 23 paired, one modern door
others 4 panel with semi-circular fanlights pilaster frames with architrave arch
and console keystone over No 25 forms corner block with Princess Terrace and is
possibly recasing of earlier structure.
Front to Terrace has 2 storey canted pilastered bay to left and next to corner
2 tripartite sash windows with pilaster division Listed for group value.
No 2 forms a group with Nos 6 and 7 Princess Terrace and No 8 Tuthill.
All the listed buildings on the South Side from Nos 5 to 25 form a group.
