Early-mid C18 house of coursed freestone. Possibly older core. 2 storeys,
attic and basement, 2 windows. At right extensions of 1869 with projecting
chimney breast. At left older part under gable. High pitched slated roof with
old ridge stack. 2 dormers, C19 casements. Other windows sashes with glazing
bars, those on ground floor 3-light. Central door in moulded architrave under
flat hood, with short side walls guarding drop into area.

Ford Place shall be amended to read Ford Place Farmhouse.
