The Prince of Wales Pier

A Grade II Listed Building in Dover, Kent

Gates on original Prince of Wales Pier built 1897-1902

Uploader's Comments

The Prince of Wales Pier, built 1897-1902 is now much changed, owing to the Dover Western Docks Regeneration Project which built a harbour arm going out from the Prince of Wales Pier to create new Marina. The Prince of Wales Pier is now the new Marina Curve and these gates on the original pier are now displayed on the Marina Curve. Access to the lighthouse at the end of the original Prince of Wales Pier is not now available to the public
