Photograph taken Summer 2021. It is understood this has been sub divided into two properties. The owner of one was concerned his property was having water ingress behind the stucco. Hence what seems to be very careful work to strip the original away and provide a sound replacement. I hope to return in the Autumn to see how this continues to progress.
