Pair of artisans' cottages. 1907-1908. Barry Parker and Raymond Unwin. Painted pebbledash over plinth of brick in Flemish bond; brick dressings; tile gable kneelers. Roof of tile with swept eave and exposed rafter ends. Two storeys. Four-window range. Bilaterally symmetrical about a single half dormer with short eaves returns; flanking party wall and - under the dormer -a pair of three-light casements; outer ranges with eyebrow windows; three- and four-light casements to ground floor. All windows flat arched with casements of original design, and all windows except for eyebrow windows in outer ranges of first floor with weatherings. Entrances on returns in round-arched, recessed porches. Pebbledash surface ;given weathering above plinth. Axial ridge stack to party wall and external peak stacks to gable ends. This listing applies to that half of the garden wall and gateway which is shared with No.136 (q.v.). Forms part of original artisans' quarter, consisting of cottages in Hampstead Way, Asmuns Hill and Temple Fortune Hill.
