Pair of houses. Mid C18. Flemish bond brick with ridge stacks
and tiled roof.
PLAN: double-depth.
EXTERIOR: each of 3 storeys and basement; 2-window range. A
low plinth, thin cornice and parapet, outer doorways with
architraves and bracketed cornices to doors with 4 raised
panels and glazed top panels. Rubbed brick flat arches to
horned plate-glass sashes, No.3 with cill blocks and
keystones, No.2 with mullion bars and 3/3-pane second-floor
sashes.
