6/141 The Old Rectory
II
Rectory, now house. Early C19. In the main render, some dressed
coursed rubble and ashlar. Hipped slate roof. Single rendered
stacks to front right, rear left, 2 further stacks to rear.
Eaves band. Set on a plinth. First floor band. 2 storeys, 6
bays. The single bays second left and second right slightly
project. The second left single bay of dressed coursed rubble
with ashlar quoins having doorway with 6 fielded panel door,
decorative overlight, panelled reveal and, single pilasters
supporting pediment over. Either side are single glazing bar
cross casements with doorway with part glazed door further right.
Above are 4 similar casements. Garden/south front of 3 bays.
The single central bay projects and is canted with single low
tripartite glazing bar sash. Either side are single glazing bar
sashes. Above, single similar smaller tripartite sash flanked by
single smaller glazing bar sashes.
