C16 timber-framed building now plastered ever. 2 storeys and 2 gables with
moulded eaves cornice. Restored tiled roof. 3 curved brackets, 2 of them
finely carved beasts. Gables have 2 C18 sashes with glazing bars intact.
1st floor has 2 3-light canted bays, the right side one without glazing bars.
Later shopfronts.

Forms a group with No 23 Watling Street.
