Barn, probably c. 1700. Coursed dry-jointed sandstone rubble with
quoins, roof of stone slates and some slates, moulded gable copings
with prominent moulded and grooved kneelers. L-shaped 4-bay plan, the
1st bay projecting. Stone arched wagon entrance to 2nd bay under a
canopy carried across from the 1st bay to a triple-moulded corbel;
Doorway with massive lintel in re-entrant wall of 1st bay, another
similar doorway at right end of 4th bay, and an inserted doorway in
3rd bay; 2-light mullioned windows with hoodmoulds in 1st, 3rd and 4th
bays; 1st floor loading door in 4th bay; breathers in all walls.
