GV II

House. Late C18-early C19, altered. Pinkish brown brick in irregular Flemish
bond; pantile roof. 2 storeys, 2 bays. Concrete steps up to C20 part-glazed
door in wooden frame. 8-pane side-sliding sash windows in wooden frames, on
ground floor with painted flat arches. 1st floor band of 3 stepped courses.
Raised brick verges with tumbled-in brickwork and tabled end stacks. Included
for group value.
