In the descriptive notes the words "Late C18 with wings to side and rear of 1984"
shall be amended to read: "Late C18 but only the facade retained in the rebuild of
1984". The words "Interior much altered" should be deleted from the description.

House, now offices. Late C18 with wings to side and rear of
1984. Flemish bond brick with stone dressings and slate
roof. 3-bay central-entrance plan with 2 storeys. The
outbuildings to either side have been replaced with large
wings which are in a similar style. Stone plinth,
modillion eaves cornice and hipped roof. The central bay is
slightly advanced and has an 8-panel door with side panels
and a semi-elliptical radial fanlight; a sash window on the
first floor and is pedimented. Bays 1 and 3 have windows on
each floor as do the 3-bay wings to either side. All
windows have flat brick arches, stone sills and glazing
bars. Large C20 wing to rear. Interior much altered.
