1899. Red brick with tiled roof and wide eaves soffit. 4 storeys and dormers,
5 storeys under 2 gables which also have 2 sided canted oriels with stuccoed bases,
above ground floor. 17 windows, rounded corner to building. Facade to Boundary
Street has 6 windows of which 3 are under central gable.
