1899. Red brick with tiled roof and wide eaves soffit. Four storeys and dormers, five storeys under two gables which also have two sided canted oriels with stuccoed bases, above ground floor. Seventeen windows, rounded corner to building. Facade to Boundary Street has six windows of which three are under central gable.
The Boundary Estate is an early LCC estate of advanced design for its period. It contains a variety of architectural details and its streets radiate from a central raised park in Arnold Circus. The entire estate forms a group.
