Cottage. C16, extended in C17 and C20. Timber framed, on sandstone rubble
plinth to right, clad in whitewashed render to centre and left, frame exposed
to right with whitewashed brick infill. Plain tiled roofs, hipped to rear of
wing. Two storeys and attic on cross wing to right, one storey and attic to
left under continuous dormer with roof continuing in pentice catslide over
deep eaves. Whitewashed brick stacks to right of centre and left. Casement
fenestration with one window on each floor of cross wing. Oriel window to
the first floor. Four windows to ground floor behind verandah formed by the
roof extension on wooden supports. Door to ground floor right of centre at
junction of the two ranges.
