Early C19 terrace block. Stock brick (No 27 channelled stucco ground floor) stucco
plinth, coped parapet, roof not visible. 2 storeys and basement. 2 windows,
those of upper floor with gauged, flat brick arches, those of ground floor round
headed. All sash windows with painted reveals, most glazing bars remain. Round
headed doorways with projecting impost caps; fanlights.
