Cottage in row: C19 infill to throughway of C17 Court Farmhouse (q.v). Ham stone near-ashlar, ashlar dressings;
thatched roof between coped gables; yellow brick chimney stacks. Two storeys, 2 bays. Hollow-chamfered mullioned
windows in chamfered recesses, 3-light above and 4-light below, the upper with separate labels and the lower with
continuous label stepped up over doorway to lower bay 2, which is chamfered and cambered-arched, with C19 door; small
single light added to right: upper windows rectangular leaded with iron-framed opening lights. Inside, the ground floor
of C19 and C20, with extensions to rear. Roof frame of collar trusses with collars side-lapped and principals lapped
at ridge. Primarily included for important group value and as an interesting C19 example of conservation.
