Group of 5 chest tombs. Mid C18 to early C19. Limestone. Three chest tombs are
mid C18 and each have moulded plinth and cornice, and wide corner balusters flanking
central inscription panel. To centre of group is chest tomb commemorating Charles
Holland, actor, d. 1830: moulded plinth and cornice, fluted corner pilasters and
shaped top. To west is headstone of William Street, butcher, d. 1732, with cherub's
head set in shaped pediment with scrolled sides. Brick chest tomb to east of group
is not of special architectural or historic interest.
