Headstone. Dated 1760 in memory of John Chapman. Upright sandstone slab
standing approx 1.6m high. Its shaped head contains a good carving
representing the Flight into Egypt. The first line of the inscription is in
Gothic lettering; the rest is in Roman serif upper and lower case lettering
and records the death of John Chapman in 1760.
