Mascalls

GV II

Gate and gate piers. Probably 1880s. Cast and wrought iron. Unusually
elaborate gate, stamped Herring and Son, Chertsey. The gate has diagonal
braces and a cast iron panel of 4 adjoining trefoils in the centre. Elaborate
wrought iron scrolls crown the top rail. Substantial.irontwist gate piers
with irontwist peaked finials.
