Monumental slab, c1699. Commemorates Mary, daughter of William Fether
(d1699). Sandstone. Rectangular; margin of double incised lines with
scrolls in the outer corners; deep central band with decoration including a
large heart formed by 2 scrolls, flanked by raised lettering
"16" "99"
"M" "F"
in the upper and lower corners respectively; above this band, lettering of
incised capitals and below it a verse. Additions: Mary, daughter of
Francis Oldridge (d1711), and Mary, mother of the first of the above (dl716).
