House. Mid C18. Coursed limestone rubble; gabled concrete tile roof; brick ridge
stacks. 3-unit plan. 2 storeys; 3-window range. Flat brick arches and timber
lintel to left over C19 two-light casements. Bay to right added in 1985. To rear
is central stair-turret flanked by outshuts; segmental brick arches over
doorways in end walls of outshuts, which enter through-passage along rear of
house. Interior: stone flag floors, and mid C18 two-panelled doors from ground
and first-floor passages to rooms, which have chamfered ogee-stopped beams. Mid
C18 stone fireplace with moulded architrave in central room of ground floor.
