GV II

House in terrace. Early C19. Incised stucco; slatehanging to
right-hand gable end; asbestos slate roof; brick end stacks.
Double-depth plan including rear outshut. 2 storeys.
Symmetrical 3-window front. Original hornless sashes with
glazing bars and central doorway with 6-panel door within gable-
ended late C19 small paned glazed porch with round-headed doorway
with 2-pane fanlight under an arcaded outer order which is the
arch-bracing for exposed trusses with quatrefoils and central
trefoil, over corner consoles. End lean-to behind former garden
wall and lean-to late C19 conservatory in front with margin panes
to door into left-hand side and similar door between lean-to's.
Interior: original joinery and carpentry details. C19 dog-leg
staircase with square newel and stick balusters.
