House. C17, c.1770, mid C19. Red brick, some limestone rubble
and ashlar to rear. Plain tiled roof with stone coped gables and
gable stacks. L-plan. 2 storeys and garret, 3 bay front with
central doorway with open pediment, moulded doorcase, fanlight
and partially glazed door. Doorway flanked by single glazing bar
sashes, with 3 plain sashes above, all with wedge lintels. 2
single storey mid C19 bays attached to left, with 2 plain sashes.
Medieval rear wing, the ground floor of colourwashed, re-used
stone from Roman wall, raised in brick in C18.
