A house (now offices) and shop. C18. 2 storeys, 3 windows Red brick
(patched), Eaves cornice. Tiled roof. Doorway in frame with small flat
hood over, 6 panelled moulded door. Double modern shop window to the
west of the door. The side of the house in Conduit Hill has 2 half-hipped
gables and is hung with tiles above the ground floor. Large block added
at the back, making an L shape with the main part of the house.

Nos 6,7,7A, Nos 9 to 17 (consec), Gate Piers, The Old Coach House, Gazebo
in garden of No 11 & Rye Working MEn's Conservative Club form a group.
