Circa 1790 (VCH, II, p 220). Late C18 house set back from road. Stucco, hipped
Welsh slated roof with 2 box dormers, central pediment. 2 storeys and attics,
plinth, parapet. 5 sash windows with glazing bars. Central open pedimented
porch has columns with Tower of the Winds capitals, modillioned cornice. 6 fielded
panelled door, traceried fanlight. Round window in tympanum of roof pediment.
Interior: ovolo panelling to hall and 1st floor landing. Hall has 2 panelled
elliptical arches on panelled Doric pilasters. Staircase with cut spandrels,
turned balusters, moulded handrail.
