C19 building in Georgian style. 3 storeys red brick with chamfered rusticated
stone quoins. Plinth: Half hipped slate roof. Stepped brick eaves cornice
with diamond cut band. 3 windows to Maryport Street and 1 on return face
to north (adjacent No 32 is set back). Windows are recessed sashes, no glazing
bays, in stone architrave surrounds with block sills. Ground floor: recessed
door of 4 moulded panels, blocked fanlight to left. Mid Victorian shop front,
plate glass windows in frame of pilasters with 3 broad reeds and roundels
in necking. Sloping fascia with moulded frame.

Nos 29 to 33 (consec) form a group.
