Shaped slate to Elizabeth daughter of George and Mary Page d. 24th Mar 1811 age 15 years. In lively health invigorating bloom/ She promisd many smiling years to come/ But ah vain hope death would no longer spare/ An only daughter to her parents dear/ Duteous she was lovd by her friends sincere/ But now in the cold dust hes (sic) mouldring here/ We hope to meet her on that happy shore/ Where sickness pain and death shall be no more-. Also Mary daughter of George and Mary Page d. 22nd Mar 1806 in her 3rd year. -Ere sin could blight or sorrow fade/ Death came with friendly care/ And sent the blossom in its bud/ To heaven to blossom there. by Winfield.
