II GV 2.

Foreman's house. 1883. Red Brick, with patterned tile hanging to upper storey. Steeply pitched tiled roof to eaves. 2 storeys, irregular composition in Domestic Revival manner. 2 main bays, the right hand one set forward beneath bargeboarded gable and canted bay window to ground floor. The left set back with projecting lean to porch to ground floor. Set back to right of right bay a further 1 storey 1 bay projection with double pitched roof visible on right return, and corner entrance under. Square headed windows, sashed, the upper lights with small panes and timber glazing bars. Tall stacks to either side (shortened) and to rear (complete). An integral part of the Express Dairy Company's pioneering model dairy.
