C18. 3 storeys painted Bath stone. Gable end slate roof concealed by blocking
course and moulded cornice. Block sill courses. No 20 has 2 windows to
upper floors, No 21 has 1, recessed sash, glazing bars intact (4 panes wide)
on No 20. 2nd floor windows have delicate wrought iron flower guards of
scroll pattern. No 20 has C19 shop front of two 2 light windows and central
glazed door with yard entry to left, the whole framed with pilasters, frieze
and cornice. The shop windows have had early C20 glass column divisions
inserted between lights with good effect. The yard entrance has double
panelled doors with spikes. No 21 had an early C19 shop front framed by
pilasters frieze and cornice since replaced by modern shop front reaching
up to lst floor sill course.

Nos 18 to 2 (consec) form a group.
