Stables to Pixton Park (qv), now dwelling. Mid C18, altered late C20. Rendered over rubble, Ham stone dressings, slate
roofs hipped on wings, pedimented centre with modillion cornice not continued around wings. U-plan with symmetrical
wings at rear. Two stores left of central block, single storey right, all under same roof, 2-window gable ends,
2-window re-entrant angles with central entrances, 7-bay centre with pediment over central 3 bays, all ground floor
windows 24-pane sashes with rusticated voussoirs, 2-light casements set below eaves left, centre circular window in
pediment, semi-circular headed niches with rusticated voussoirs, 24-pane sash windows flanking central 6-panel double
doors with leaded fanlight and rectangular sidelights. Pyramid slate roofed square bell-cote, semi-circular headed
openings with keystones. A fine composition.
