Built 1845 by Thomas Knox jnr. Stucco; slate hipped roof. 2 storeys; 3 bays.
First floor with central panels with open pediment and arched entrance.
Windows sashes with glazing bars, those on the ground floor taller than those on
the 1st floor. The 2 floors separated by a band.
