Terrace. Early-mid C19. Brown brick in Flemish bond, part reddened,channelled
stucco ground floor and stucco dressings. 4 storeys and basement, 6 bays in
all. Projecting Tuscan porches, pilastered entrances with overlights. Sashes,
casements. First floor: iron balcony. Casements in architraves with hoods.
Above, sashes, some with glazing bars, in architraves. Iron basement railings.
Return of 4-bays to Spring Street. Sussex Gardens, known originally as Grand
Junction Road, formed an important feature of the original layout of Bayswater.
