Parish church. 1890. Designed by Sir Arthur Blomfield. Red brick with ashlar
dressings. Plain tile roofs with ashlar coped gables with cross finials. Brick dentilated eaves, and double chamfered brick plinth. Nave with aisles and a chancel, nave topped by a western bellcote, western baptistry. Slightly projecting doorway to south with ashlar coped gable, triple plain pointed arched doorway with hood mould and label stops. South aisle has five pairs of double pointed arched lancets with pilaster buttresses between. Clerestory has either side 6 round arched plain blind openings each containing 3 pointed lancets. The western gable is topped by a bellcote with a pair of pointed arched openings with bells, and surmounted by an ashlar gable with ashlar coping. The eastern chancel wall has a single brick chamfered, pointed arched surround containing 5 pointed lancets under a hood mould with label stops. Interior has 6 bay nave arcades with triple plain arches, and moulded ashlar capitals and bases. Contemporary reredos and choir fittings, plus contemporary wooden roofs.
