Late C18. Originally a terrace pair, now in multiple occupation. 2 storeys. 4
windows. Hipped Welsh slate roofs with red brick stack. Plastered front with heavy
dentil cornice and parapet. Plain 1st floor band. 1st floor with tall architraved
sash windows with ears, cornices and glazing bars. Ground floor with earlier C19
sash window with side lights at north end in former entrance with pilasters carrying
entablature; central splayed bay window with pilasters carrying entablature and
glazing bars; modern segmental arched window at south end. Architraved doorway
of former southern house with elongated consoles carrying cornice; patterned rectangular
fanlight and panelled door. Forecourt with modern wrought iron railings.
